OPTIONS
Group Training
If you have a number of staff who would like training in a program, group training is the most cost effective option. It can be provided using your own training facilities (if available) or an off-site computer classroom. I can provide training to groups of up to eight people.
One-on-one training
If you have several staff, each needing assistance in a different program, it can be more cost-effective to run a one-on-one training day. In this training option, each participant receives 1-2 hours of personalised training. It can be provided either at their desk, or in a quiet room away from distractions. I can provide one-on-one training for up to six people a day.
Presentations
For simple programs - such as Outlook or Windows upgrades - delivering the training as a presentation can be more cost effective than running a number of hands-on computing sessions. I can deliver presentations, including providing manuals for staff to take back to their desks.
MANUALS and student files
Professionally written manuals and student files are available for each course.
A manual is required for each person in a group training session.
Manuals and student files generally cost around $30 each.
COSTS
A full day's training: $750 (inc. GST)
A half day's training (4 hours maximum): $390 (inc. GST)
Manuals, external training venue costs and additional equipment hire costs are not included.
