The In Out Board
The In Out Board replaces the whiteboard where staff mark themselves In or Out of the building.
Keep track of where people are
Staff can quickly update their movements from any computer. They can leave a message such as the time they expect to be back, where they can be contacted or a cell/mobile number to contact them on.
Staff movements are displayed on the phone directory
Because people's movements are shown next to their phone number, staff will know if the people they are trying to ring are in the office and contactable before they try to call them.
Easy to customise
Each layout is totally customisable. Any authorised person can easily add people and headings to a layout.
Unlimited layouts allowed
An unlimited number of layouts can be created. You can have one for every department and every site or any combination you might require.
